What a strategy call looks like
30 minutes. You describe the challenge, I ask questions, and I tell you honestly whether I can help. If it's a fit, I follow up with a scope and proposal. If not, I try to point you somewhere better. No pitch, no obligation.

What types of companies do you work with?
Cell therapy companies, pharma, medical device manufacturers, CDMOs, and biotech companies building GMP manufacturing programs. If your work involves qualifying materials, consumables, or suppliers for regulated manufacturing, I can probably help.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Most work is remote. I'm available for business travel when needed - supplier audits, manufacturing assessments, project kickoffs - but I don't take on-site postings.
How do you charge?
Depends on the engagement. Advisory work is hourly. Defined projects are quoted as a fixed fee. Longer programs work as a monthly retainer. We figure out the right model on the first call.
How quickly can you start?
For advisory or small-scope work, usually within a week. Larger engagements depend on current commitments, but I'll be upfront about availability from the start.
